Prepared appraisals for purposes of sale/purchase, insurance, rental, financing, income and ad valorem taxes, condemnation, urban planning, estate planning, corporate planning, and fair value allocation of purchase price (SFAS 141R) (ASC Topic 805), (SFAS 144) (ASC Topic 360), (SFAS 157)  (ASC Topic 830), casualty loss, portfolio management, donation, and liquidation.
  4. Prepared special purpose studies, such as feasibility (highest and best use), absorption and market time, depreciation, construction estimates, and land use.
  5. Appraised various partnership interests.
  6. Conducted valuations in nearly every state in the United States, as well as in Mexico, Canada, Spain, Italy, Russia, Germany, Switzerland, Sweden, and the United Kingdom.
